Every profile on Ventcare belongs to a real practitioner or centre who manages it themselves. You control your own details, session types, prices and availability — no one else edits them for you.
Step 1
Create your account
Sign up with your work email (or Google). This becomes your secure login for bookings, payouts and client messages.
Step 2
Build your profile
Choose whether you are a freelance therapist, counselling centre, rehabilitation centre or wellness centre, then add your name, city, specialties, photo and a short introduction.
Step 3
Add your sessions and availability
List each session type with its length and price in KES, then set the days and hours you are open. Clients book only the slots you publish.
Step 4
Get reviewed and go live
Our team checks every new profile before it appears publicly. Once approved, your profile is listed and clients can book you.

Your sessions
Session types, length, price, in-person or online, plus the exact hours you are available.
Your money
Clients pay by M-Pesa; your dashboard shows every session, receipt and payout.
Before you start, have these ready
- A clear photo of yourself or your centre.
- Your professional qualification details, so we can verify you.
- The M-Pesa number and phone number your practice uses.
- Your session prices in KES and how long each session runs.
